
My yoga journey started many years ago.
As a young teen navigating anxiety and a complicated relationship with food, I was desperately searching for a way to deal with my problems, which is how I found meditation and yoga.
Fast forward to today: I am now in my 30s and have been teaching yoga since September 2022, holding my 200-hour certification. What started as a search for healing became a passion for helping others find peace in their own bodies.
I want to be able to turn someone's bad day in to a good day. As a teacher I aim to cater to all when it comes to yoga, ensuring beginners are not overwhelmed and more advanced students are challenged enough. I believe yoga is truly for everyone.
Every class with me has a focus, whether it's for aligning your chakras, working on toning/stretching a certain part of the body, or simply even just relaxation.
My hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
